JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a full-time AI UGC Performance Video Editor to join our creative team.

We are a fast-growing performance marketing company in the affiliate space.

Our company grows by creating better ads, testing more creative angles, and turning winning concepts into more variations quickly.

You will help us turn scripts, creative briefs and winning ad examples into realistic paid social ads for Meta, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.

This is not a normal video editing job.

We are not looking for someone who only makes pretty videos.

We are looking for someone who can help us produce ads that look real, feel native, and are good enough to test with real advertising spend.

Main Responsibilities
Create AI UGC / talking-head ads
Edit Meta, TikTok and YouTube Shorts style ads
Generate AI avatars, voiceovers and video assets
Add captions, zooms, cuts, b-roll, end cards and CTAs
Turn one winning ad into multiple new variations
Follow creative briefs closely
Organize files and exports properly
Make revisions quickly
Communicate clearly every day
Work with the founders to produce new ads every week
Expected Output

Once you are trained and ramped up, we expect you to consistently produce testable ad creatives every week.

This may include:

New AI UGC ads
Hook variations
First-frame variations
Caption variations
New versions of winning ads
Different avatars/personas
Different formats for Meta, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
