We are hiring a full-time AI Short-Form Video Producer to create engaging educational and product-focused videos for a growing U.S.-based consumer wellness company.
This is not a general virtual assistant or social media management position. Your primary responsibility will be turning scripts and creative briefs into complete, polished short-form videos using AI-generated visuals, stock footage, voiceovers, motion graphics, captions, music, and video-editing tools.
We will provide:
Completed scripts
Detailed customer research
Audience demographics and pain points
Product information
Brand guidelines
Content examples and references
Creative direction
Training on advertising and health-claim compliance
Feedback during onboarding
You will be responsible for taking the supplied materials and independently producing the entire finished piece of content, from visual planning through final export.
The ideal candidate is creative, dependable, visually skilled, comfortable working with AI tools, and able to transform educational scripts into videos that hold attention and feel trustworthy.
Primary Responsibilities
Turn provided scripts into complete vertical videos in between 1 and 2 minutes.
Create approximately 1–2 finished videos per workday.
Develop an appropriate visual concept and shot list for each script.
Generate relevant AI images, AI video scenes, animations, and supporting visual assets.
Find and incorporate appropriate stock footage when needed.
Generate natural-sounding AI voiceovers that fit the target audience.
Edit videos using strong short-form pacing and attention-retaining visual changes.
Add accurate, readable captions and on-screen text.
Add appropriate music, sound effects, transitions, graphics, and motion.
Create educational videos that explain health and wellness concepts clearly.
Create product-focused videos that communicate benefits without feeling overly promotional.
Follow provided scripts accurately without changing important information or making unsupported claims.
Maintain a consistent visual identity across all content.
Create multiple opening hooks or visual variations when requested.
Repurpose approved concepts into additional variations.
Organize project files, source assets, prompts, and final exports.
Deliver videos in the correct formats for TikTok,
Make revisions based on clear feedback.
Learn from feedback and avoid repeating the same mistakes.
Participate in training related to the customer, product, brand, and content standards.
Track completed, pending, and revised content inside our project-management system.
Stay informed about new AI video tools, editing techniques, and short-form content trends.

The audience will primarily be adults in the United States. Content must feel clear, credible, professional, and easy to understand. It should not look childish, overly robotic, misleading, or like low-quality AI spam.
Required Qualifications
Experience editing short-form vertical videos.
Experience using generative AI for video, images, voiceovers, or creative production.
Strong knowledge of CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or a comparable editing platform.
Ability to create a complete video independently from a provided script.
Understanding of hooks, pacing, captions, pattern interruptions, and short-form retention.
Strong visual judgment and attention to detail.
Good written and spoken English.
Ability to understand scripts written for a U.S. audience.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and brand guidelines.
Reliable internet connection and a computer capable of video editing.
Strong communication and consistent availability.
Ability to meet daily and weekly deadlines.
Willingness to learn health-product advertising and compliance requirements.
Comfortable receiving feedback and revising work.
Able to maintain organized source files and project folders.

Full-time remote position

What Success Looks Like
A successful person in this position will eventually be able to:
Receive a script and creative brief.
Understand the audience and intended message.
Create the visual plan without requiring step-by-step supervision.
Generate or source every required asset.
Edit and complete the video.
Perform an accuracy and quality check.
Submit an organized first draft by the deadline.
Apply feedback quickly and correctly.
Consistently deliver 1–2 strong videos per workday.
We do not expect every video to become viral. We do expect consistent production, strong execution, improvement over time, and close attention to the provided strategy.

Confirmation that you are available for full-time, long-term work.

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to complete a paid video-production test using a supplied script, brand references, and creative brief. The test will evaluate visual quality, pacing, accuracy, ability to follow instructions, AI-tool proficiency, and file organization.
