Life's A Pitch (LAP) is looking for a warm, tech-savvy operations assistant to support our AI-driven consulting workflows. This is a hybrid role combining research, virtual assistance, data operations, and systems support. You'll work directly with the founder to manage databases, run deep research, maintain design files, and help build and document internal systems. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys learning new tools, feels at home with AI, and is excited to grow into a technical operations specialist alongside a supportive team.

ABOUT YOU & YOUR ROLE

You're naturally curious about technology and enjoy figuring out how things work. You're comfortable picking up new software/tools, you take initiative, and you bring a positive attitude to your work. You're organised, detail-oriented, and happy juggling research tasks alongside systems work. You understand (or want to understand) how AI tools, automation platforms, and data systems fit together and you're excited to learn more.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research & Reporting — Conduct deep research using AI tools and produce structured reports/analysis documents.
• Virtual Assistance — file organisation, task tracking, communications, and day-to-day operational support.
• Database & Spreadsheet Management — Maintain our operational databases, trackers, and sheets (Airtable, Excel).
• Systems & Process Documentation — Help design, build, and document internal systems and SOPs
• Figma Management — Manage and organise design files, assets, and project structures in Figma.
• Data Operations — Run data scraping tasks clean and organise data outputs.
• Light Automation — Set up and maintain automations and integrations across platforms (Zapier, Make, GHL).
• AI Operations — Work with Claude, AI co-work sessions, and other AI tools as part of daily workflow.

WHAT YOU”LL LEARN

You'll get exposure to some of the exciting tools and workflows we use, such as:
• GitHub — version control, collaboration, managing repositories
• Cursor IDE — AI-assisted development environment
• Claude Co-work — advanced AI collaboration and agentic workflows
• Prompt Engineering — structuring AI instructions for consistent, high-quality outputs
• Systems Design — building scalable internal processes from scratch
• Context Engineering — managing AI agent memory, skills, and operational frameworks

REQUIREMENTS

Must Have
• Strong computer literacy — comfortable navigating new software and figuring things out
• Experience with or willingness to quickly learn AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.)
• Experience with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets, or Airtable)
• Basic understanding of automation concepts (connecting tools, triggers, workflows)
• Excellent written English — you'll be producing reports and documentation
• Organised and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time
• A genuine curiosity about technology, AI, and systems

Nice To Have
• Experience with Figma (even basic file management)
• Experience with data scraping tools (Apify, Octoparse, etc.)
• Familiarity with Zapier, Make, or GoHighLevel
• Any coding or scripting exposure (doesn't need to be advanced)
