JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a full-time remote Content Editor / Publisher to help produce and publish high-quality articles across several established websites.

This is not a traditional writing role. Most articles will be generated using AI based on detailed briefs and prompts pre-determined and given to you. Your role will be to review, refine, edit, and publish the content (image optimisation also required) to each site on Wordpress platform.

You will work from a structured content plan, so topics, keywords and article titles will already be provided. You will however need in some cases to edit to remove common 'AI speak' and to make some adjustments to tone to suite the site content.

This role is ideal for someone who has excellent oral and written English skills, strong attention to detail and experience working with WordPress.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Generating article drafts using AI tools based on provided prompts
• Editing and refining content so it reads naturally and professionally
• Adjusting tone and style to match each website’s editorial voice
• Ensuring articles do not sound overly “AI generated”
• Sourcing high-quality images for articles
• Uploading and formatting articles in WordPress
• Adding headings, formatting, alt tags and internal links
• Ensuring meta content and SEO elements are correct based on prompts
• Publishing content across multiple websites

You will typically work with approximately 25 articles per week.

We are looking for someone with:

? Experience with WordPress publishing

? Ability to follow structured workflows and instructions
? Strong organisational skills
? Reliable internet computer and internet connection
? Ability to meet deadlines and communicate clearly

The ideal candidate will:

• Be organised and methodical
• Enjoy working with structured systems and workflows
• Have experience editing AI-generated content
• Have an eye for selecting good images for articles
• Be comfortable publishing and formatting content in WordPress

Workload

You will typically complete around 25 articles per week, working from a structured content plan. With some flexibility we would like you to be available online during Australian business hours - GMT + 8 hours
