We are looking for a highly capable AI Automation & Systems Builder to help us eliminate time-consuming manual work, create smarter internal workflows, and build practical AI-powered systems across our brands and client accounts.

This is not a basic “use ChatGPT” role. We need someone who can take a real business problem, understand the desired outcome, design a workable solution, and build the automation, agent, workflow, dashboard, integration, or system needed to make it run.

You will work across our owned brands—including media, e-commerce, newsletters, subscriptions, affiliate offers, and lead-generation systems—as well as selected client businesses. Our team is operator-led, so the work needs to create real leverage: save time, reduce repetitive work, organize data, improve speed, or make a process more reliable and scalable.

What You’ll Do
Identify repetitive, time-consuming, or disorganized processes across our businesses and turn them into practical automated systems.

Build AI workflows, agents, automations, internal tools, and integrations for our owned brands and client accounts.

Design and implement more complex, highly specific projects—not only simple task automations.

Build systems that can support areas such as content operations, lead management, email and SMS workflows, customer support, reporting, research, data organization, fulfillment support, and internal communication.

Create AI agents that can assist with repeatable business tasks while keeping human oversight where it matters.

Connect systems and data between the tools we already use wherever practical.

Build organized workflows that reduce errors, improve visibility, and make execution easier for the team.

Troubleshoot automations, integrations, and AI systems when something fails or produces unreliable results.

Improve existing systems over time based on actual team usage and business needs.

Document what you build so the team understands the purpose, process, ownership, and basic troubleshooting steps.

Communicate clearly with the internal team about what can be automated, how a system will work, what it requires, and any limitations.

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience building AI automations, AI agents, workflows, and business systems.

Ability to take a broad business need and turn it into a clear, usable technical solution.

Strong problem-solving ability and a willingness to figure things out independently.

Experience with automation and integration platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Pipedream, or similar tools.

Experience working with AI models, APIs, prompts, structured outputs, agent workflows, knowledge bases, and data-driven automations.

Comfort working with spreadsheets, databases, APIs, webhooks, CRMs, forms, and connected business tools.

Ability to build custom or semi-custom solutions when an off-the-shelf automation is not enough.

Experience with Python, JavaScript, or other coding languages is strongly preferred.

Understanding of how to build systems that are dependable, organized, and maintainable—not just quick one-off experiments.

Ability to explain technical work in clear English to non-technical tea ---------- mbers.

Comfortable working independently, taking ownership of projects, and bringing forward solutions instead of waiting for perfect instructions.

Experience working with media, e-commerce, subscriptions, email/SMS, lead generation, marketing operations, or client-service businesses is a plus.

AI-assisted content research, creation, formatting, review, scheduling, and publishing workflows.

Lead capture, qualification, routing, follow-up, and reporting systems.


Email and SMS workflow automation.

Customer-support and fulfillment-assistance workflows.

Internal dashboards, reporting tools, and data-organization systems.

AI research agents and monitoring systems.

Systems that connect forms, spreadsheets, databases, websites, CRMs, email platforms, and internal communication tools.

Client onboarding, task-management, reporting, and fulfillment workflows.

Custom AI agents for specific recurring internal or client needs.

Work Structure
Full-time role dedicated to our team.

Remote position.

You will work on both our owned brands and selected client accounts.

Most communication and coordination will be through our internal team, although occasional client-related work may be required.

We value practical execution over unnecessary complexity. A system should solve a real problem, be usable by the team, and create measurable leverage.

You should be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities and projects can evolve.

Compensation & Growth
Compensation will be discussed based on experience, technical capability, and the complexity of systems you can build.

This role has meaningful room for growth. If you consistently build systems that save time, improve operations, and create measurable value across our brands and clients, there will be additional financial opportunities and bonuses.
