Job Description:
We are looking for a versatile Full-Stack WordPress Developer and Designer to join our team. This role requires a balance of skills in both web development and design. We’re looking for someone with a strong technical skill set who can go beyond design and handle more advanced website functionality. This includes working with WordPress, customizing plugins, implementing integrations, and making code-level adjustments when needed. You'll also be performing website maintenance, and basic hosting management on Plesk. About 35% of your time will be spent in Web Design, 45% in Development/Technical, and 20% in administrative tasks related to WordPress web design. You'll be working directly with clients in our Helpdesk, so proven customer service and English communication skills are a must.
This is a long-term opportunity to work with a 23 year old web design agency.
You need to have an eye for design and have already established the skills to produce beautiful design work for small business websites and can handle publishing and working with Elementor well to be good at this job.
You must have great organizational skills and decision making abilities. As you will be working with our US design team, you need to have excellent English writing, spelling, and punctuation is a must since you will be working in customer websites.

Experience with Elementor alone is not sufficient without technical problem-solving ability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build, update, and maintain WordPress websites with a focus on both functionality and user experience.
• Handle technical WordPress tasks including plugin setup, customization, troubleshooting, and third-party integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues related to performance, functionality, compatibility, and plugin conflicts.
• Work within WordPress hosting environments, including basic Plesk tasks, domain settings, DNS,
• Make front-end updates and light code-level adjustments using HTML, CSS, and other web technologies as needed.
• Collaborate with clients and internal tea
• Respond to client requests and support tickets clearly, professionally, and in a timely manner.
• Help document processes, improve SOPs, and support internal workflows related to website management and development.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of professional experience in WordPress development and design.
• Proficiency in Elementor and a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
• Solid understanding of web development principles, including experience with troubleshooting plugins and website issues.
• Familiarity with web hosting environments, preferably Plesk.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a team-player attitude.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
