JOB OVERVIEW

Fairmount Notary Services is seeking a talented Full Stack Web Developer to help build the technology foundation of our growing company. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the founder to develop and integrate a secure, modern Remote Online Notary (RON) platform into our existing website using third-party APIs and custom development.

Responsibilities
Integrate third-party APIs into the Fairmount website.
Develop secure front-end and back-end functionality.
Build and maintain responsive web applications.
Create intuitive client and administrative dashboards.
Integrate payment processing (e.g., Stripe).
Implement authentication and user account management.
Collaborate on new features and recommend technical solutions.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain application performance.
Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Full Stack Web Developer.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience with React, Next.js, Vue.js, or similar frameworks.
Experience with Node.js or another backend framework.
Strong REST API integration experience.
Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Understanding of authentication, security, and best practices.
Experience using Git/GitHub.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience integrating payment gateways such as Stripe.
Experience with identity verification or document management APIs.
Experience with video conferencing APIs.
Experience building SaaS or business platforms.
Experience working independently in a remote environment.
