JOB OVERVIEW

The Mission
Kinetic Marketing Co is a high-growth agency specializing in lead-generation "Engines" for high-ticket home transformation businesses (Construction, Renovations, Security). We don’t build "average" websites. We build premium, high-converting digital assets that position our clients as the #1 authority in their market.

We are looking for a Systems Architect who can blend technical GHL expertise with world-class UI/UX design across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Multi-Platform Development: Build and manage high-converting landing pages and websites across GoHighLevel (GHL), WordPress, and Shopify.

UI/UX Design: Create "Lambo-standard" designs that look premium and are optimized for 10/10 conversion rates.

Operational Workflows: Build and maintain complex backend automations (Workflows, Webhooks, API integrations via ---------- ).

Agency Operations: Manage client onboarding technicals, DNS settings, and internal agency systems in ClickUp.

Collaboration: Work alongside the Director and Video Editor to ensure a seamless "Kinetic" brand experience across all funnels.

Requirements (The "Edge")
The Design Eye: You must have a portfolio that proves you can design high-end, modern layouts (Minimalist, bold, and professional).

Platform Mastery: Advanced knowledge of GHL (Snapshots, Custom Values, Proposall), WordPress (Elementor/Divi), and Shopify.

Technical Logic: You understand how to bridge data between different tools (CRMs, Email, SMS).

Communication: Exceptional English (written and verbal) and a proactive "problem-solver" attitude.

Schedule: Ability to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEDT (Melbourne Time).
