## About the Role
We're looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer with deep expertise in AI tooling and automation infrastructure to join our team. You'll own the full stack — from front-end interfaces to backend services — while designing and operating the intelligent automation systems that power our workflows. This isn't a role where you wait for specs. You identify what needs to be built, architect it, and ship it.
## What You'll Do
- Build and maintain full-stack applications across front-end (React, modern JS/TS frameworks) and backend (Node.js, Python, APIs, databases)
- Design, deploy, and optimize AI infrastructure including LLM gateways, model routing, and cost-efficient multi-provider strategies (e.g., OpenClaw, OpenRouter, APIs)
- Build automation pipelines that ingest, process, and transform data across systems — content pipelines, CRM integrations, communication platforms
- Evaluate, integrate, and master emerging AI tools and APIs, staying ahead of what's possible and making it practical
- Own DevOps and infrastructure: VPS management, service deployment, DNS/SSL, CI/CD, and monitoring
- Architect systems for reliability — designing fallback chains, proxy strategies, and self-healing workflows
- Collaborate directly with leadership to translate business needs into technical solutions, fast
## What You Bring
- **5+ years of professional software engineering experience**, predominantly in startup or high-autonomy environments
- **Strong full-stack skills**: production experience with modern front-end frameworks and backend/API development
- **Hands-on AI infrastructure experience**: you've worked with LLM APIs, AI gateways, prompt engineering, model routing, or similar systems — not just consumed AI, but built the plumbing around it
- **Automation mindset**: you've designed and deployed workflow automation — data pipelines, integration scripts, bot frameworks, or orchestration systems
- **Self-starter DNA**: you thrive with minimal direction, take ownership of problems end-to-end, and ship without waiting for permission
- **Linux/DevOps proficiency**: comfortable with VPS administration, shell scripting, service management, networking, and debugging production systems
- **Strong debugging instinct**: you verify ground truth directly rather than trusting assumptions — you read the config, inspect the logs, test the endpoint
## Nice to Have
- Experience with AI agent frameworks and bot platforms (
- Familiarity with video/content ingestion pipelines (YouTube APIs, transcript extraction, media processing)
- CRM and telephony integration experience (Salesmate, RingCentral, or similar)
- Background in cost optimization for LLM usage across multiple providers
- Experience with headless browser automation and proxy infrastructure
## Why This Role
This is a high-impact, high-autonomy position where you'll shape how AI and automation are woven into everything we do. If you're the kind of engineer who builds their own tools, automates their own workflows, and treats AI as infrastructure rather than a novelty — we want to talk.
