Real Mad Honey is seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Email Marketer to join our team!

What We're Looking For
We need a Klaviyo expert who can own our entire email marketing ecosystem from strategy to execution. You should be equally comfortable diving into complex data analytics as you are crafting beautiful, high-converting email designs.

Email Marketing Skills:
Campaign strategy and execution
Copywriting that converts
High-converting email designs
Data analytics and performance tracking (open rates, CTR, conversions, revenue attribution)
List segmentation and customer lifecycle analysis
A/B testing
Troubleshooting and deliverability
Understanding of email deliverability, sender reputation, and inbox placement
Knowledge of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and email compliance regulations
Revenue attribution and ROI tracking
Brand consistency and visual storytelling
Integration management (Shopify, analytics tools, etc.)

Responsibilities:
Own and execute complete email/SMS strategy — build, manage, and optimize all Klaviyo flows and campaigns with advanced audience segmentation
Analyze performance metrics, conduct A/B tests, and deliver weekly email marketing reports with actionable insights
Attend weekly tea ---------- etings, troubleshoot technical issues, and stay current with email marketing trends
