JOB OVERVIEW

Final payment for development from idea to upload to stores - $600.

We are looking for a **Full-Stack Developer** to build the MVP of **Referent AI**, a simple web-based request tracking and monitoring system for insurance agents in Israel.

### The Idea

Insurance agents regularly submit requests to insurance companies, such as policy changes, new policy issuance, transfers, track updates, withdrawals, cancellations, and other client-related requests.

The main problem is that after submitting a request, agents often have no simple way to track everything in one place. They need to manually check emails, call insurance companies, or remember to follow up.

**Referent AI solves this by acting as a simple tracking layer on top of their existing workflow.**

The agent will continue submitting requests to insurance companies exactly as they do today. After submitting a request, they simply add it to Referent AI.

For example:

An agent submits a policy change request to an insurance company ? adds the client and request to Referent AI ? the system starts tracking how many days have passed ? if the request has not been completed within the expected time, Referent AI alerts the agent.

The goal is very simple:

**Help insurance agents know exactly which requests are open, which require attention, and which are taking too long — without manually remembering everything.**

### What Needs to Be Built

The MVP should include:

* User registration and login
* Each user has their own private account and data
* Simple form to add a new insurance request
* Client name
* Insurance company
* Request type
* Submission date
* Notes
* Expected completion / alert threshold in days
* Request status management:

* Submitted
* In Progress
* Action Required
* Completed
* Rejected
* Main dashboard showing all requests
* Clear indication of which requests are overdue/stuck
* Counters for open, overdue, action-required, and completed requests
* Search, filters, and sorting
* Ability to quickly change request status
* Activity/history log for each request
* Automatic monitoring of how long each request has been open
* In-app notifications when a request exceeds its allowed time
* Email alerts for overdue requests
* Notification center
* Basic user settings
* Forgot/reset password
* Trial / Active account status
* Responsive design for desktop and mobile
* Complete **Hebrew RTL interface**

### Important Scope

This is a **focused MVP**, not a complex insurance platform.

There are **no integrations with insurance companies** at this stage.

There is also no need for:

* Automatic email reading
* Automatic submission to insurance companies
* Native iOS/Android app
* Payment processing
* Complex AI functionality
* Multi-user agency/team system

Everything is entered manually by the insurance agent.

The main focus is creating a **fast, clean and extremely simple system** that non-technical insurance agents can understand immediately.

### Technical Requirements

We are flexible regarding the exact technology stack.

Preferred technologies include:

* React / Next.js
* Node.js or Python
* PostgreSQL / Supabase
* Vercel / AWS or similar hosting

The developer can recommend a different stack if it makes development faster and more reliable.

Security is important because the application contains client information. User data must be completely separated, authentication must be secure, passwords must never be stored in plaintext, and the application must use HTTPS.

### Design

The design should be:

**Modern, minimal, clean and professional.**

The interface will be completely in **Hebrew and RTL**.

The most important UX principle is that when an insurance agent opens the dashboard, within a few seconds they should understand:

**What needs my attention today?**

Adding a new request should take **less than 30 seconds**, and common actions should require only 1–2 clicks.

### Project Terms

**Budget: $600 USD fixed for the complete MVP**

**Development timeframe: Maximum 4 weeks**

We are looking for someone who can take responsibility for the complete MVP — frontend, backend, database, authentication, alert system, responsive UI, and deployment.

At the end of the project, we expect:

* Fully working deployed application
* Complete source code
* Database setup
* All project files
* Deployment/configuration documentation
* Full ownership and access to the project

When applying, please send examples of **SaaS platforms, dashboards, CRM systems, or similar web applications** you have previously developed.

Please also confirm that you understand the scope and can complete the MVP within the **$600 fixed budget and 4-week timeframe**.
