Full Stack Developer (React / PHP / Laravel)

About the Role

Pronexis is a franchise technology platform serving home-service franchise brands across the US. We're looking for a Full Stack Developer who's equally comfortable shipping polished React interfaces and building robust Laravel backends. You'll work across our product teams to design, build, and ship features that power day-to-day operations for our franchise partners — from agent tooling and campaign systems to customer-facing integrations.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership end to end: you'll turn requirements into working software, collaborate closely with product and design, and help keep our LAMP/Laravel codebase healthy as we scale.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain full-stack features across a React frontend and a Laravel (PHP) backend
Design and implement clean, well-tested REST APIs and database schemas in MySQL
Integrate with third-party services (Twilio for SMS/voice, SendGrid for email, and other CRM/telephony platforms)
Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate specs and mockups into shipped features
Write maintainable, well-documented code and participate in code reviews
Debug and resolve production issues, and contribute to improving performance and reliability
Work within an Agile/Scrum process — sprint planning, standups, and backlog refinement

What We're Looking For

Required
- 3+ years of professional full-stack web development experience
- Strong PHP skills with production experience in the Laravel framework
- Solid React experience (hooks, component architecture, state management)
- Proficiency with MySQL — schema design, writing and optimizing queries
- Comfortable working across the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Familiarity integrating third-party services — CRM platforms and communication APIs such as Twilio (SMS/voice) and SendGrid (email)
- Good command of Git and collaborative development workflows

Nice to Have
- Experience in a multi-tenant or SaaS environment
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery
- Experience with automated testing — unit and integration (PHPUnit, Jest) and end-to-end (Playwright)
