JOB OVERVIEW

We run a six-figure YouTube business across multiple niches. We are looking for a developer to improve our existing internal video creation app, starting with a small paid project.

Our goal is to turn a script/voiceover into a finished video using sourced footage, images, and automated editing. We will provide video references and creative direction. You will ask questions, understand the intended result, and handle the technical implementation.

The role:
Add new editing styles and features across the frontend and backend.
Match reference videos through thoughtful pacing, transitions, and motion.
Integrate AI tools, APIs, and media sources.
Keep the code maintainable and test changes without breaking existing features.
Find ways to lower production costs while maintaining quality.

What we are looking for:
Strong React, TypeScript, backend, and API experience.
Practical experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Codex.
Someone who learns quickly, asks useful questions about the content, and delivers working features independently.

Content creation, video editing, or motion graphics experience is a huge plus. Experience building video tools or using Remotion is also valuable, but Remotion expertise is not required.

Payment and opportunity:
$100 for an initial small project, targeted at 8–10 hours of work. We will agree on the scope and confirm the estimate together before starting.
Larger projects will be quoted and paid separately.
We will provide approved project-specific subscriptions and API credits when needed.
Additional bonuses are available for agreed, measurable production improvements.

Strong performance can lead to regular projects and potentially a full-time role as our development needs grow.
