JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer to help implement AI-driven features into our WordPress site.
Our platform helps users complete estate planning documents online, and we want to enhance the experience with AI that can guide users, answer questions, and improve completion rates across the site.

Key Responsibilities:
Integrate AI functionality into a WordPress website
Build features that help users:
Complete forms and applications
Navigate the site more easily
Get real-time answers to FAQs
Improve overall conversion and user experience
Customize and extend WordPress functionality
Work with frontend and backend systems to create seamless user flows
Ensure performance, responsiveness, and clean implementation

Requirements:
Strong full-stack development experience
Experience working with WordPress
Experience integrating AI tools/APIs (OpenAI or similar)
Proficiency in JavaScript, PHP, HTML, and CSS
Ability to build dynamic, interactive user experiences
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have:
Experience with Elementor and Gravity Forms
Experience building AI assistants, chatbots, or guided workflows
Experience with UX optimization and conversion-focused design

Project Scope:
Initial build of AI-powered features across the site
Focus on improving user guidance, form completion, and engagement
Opportunity for ongoing work as we expand AI capabilities
