JOB OVERVIEW

SALARY: PHP 80,000 – PHP 110,000 per month
SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Manila)
TYPE: Full-time, long-term
START: As soon as the right person is found
??????????????????????????????????????????
WHO WE ARE
We are a small systems company based in the United States. We build everything a modern business needs to operate — websites, automations, software integrations, and AI-powered workflows. We work with clients on a retainer model, which means the work is ongoing and stable, not project-to-project.
We are growing and we need someone to work alongside the founder as a build assistant — someone who can jump into a project, understand the goal quickly, and start contributing without a lot of hand-holding.
??????????????????????????????????????????
ABOUT THE SCHEDULE
This is a night shift position. You will work 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Manila time, Monday through Friday, aligned to US Eastern business hours. We are being upfront about this because we want you to make a clear decision. If night shift does not work for your life, this is not the right fit. If you have experience working US hours and prefer it, you will feel right at home.
??????????????????????????????????????????
WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will work directly with the founder on client builds. This is not a maintenance role — you will be involved in building things. On any given day you might be:

Building or customizing a WordPress site from a design or brief
Setting up automation workflows in n8n, Make, or Zapier
Connecting APIs and third-party services together
Deploying projects to Vercel or configuring Supabase databases
Using Claude or ChatGPT as part of your daily workflow to move faster
Troubleshooting when something breaks and figuring out why
Taking a task description and running with it until it is done

We use AI tools every single day. You do not need to be an AI researcher. You do need to be someone who already uses Claude or ChatGPT as a real tool in your work, not just occasionally.
??????????????????????????????????????????
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You have real experience with WordPress — not just installing themes, but customizing, building, and solving problems inside it.
You have built automations before. You know how n8n or Make works. You have connected tools together with APIs and you understand what webhooks are and how to use them.
You have a software development background. You may not be a full-time developer today but you have written code, you understand how software works, and you are comfortable reading and modifying code when needed.
You are already using AI tools in your work. You know the difference between asking AI a question and actually using it to build something. You know when the output is good and when it is wrong.
You are familiar with modern deployment tools — Vercel, Supabase, or similar. You do not need to be an expert in all of them but you should not be seeing these names for the first time.
You are the kind of person who reads a task description and figures it out. If you are not sure how to do something you research it, you try things, and you come back with a solution — not a question about where to start.
??????????????????????????????????????????
WHAT WE OFFER

PHP 80,000 – PHP 110,000 per month depending on experience and skills
13th month pay
All official Philippine holidays off
All US federal holidays off
Stable, long-term position — we are not looking for someone for 3 months
Direct working relationship with the founder — no layers of management
Work that is varied and interesting — no two weeks are the same

Payment is issued every two weeks via Wise or Paypal - payment is already converted to PHP

??????????????????????????????????????????
HOW TO APPLY
Please send your resume and a video describing or showing .

One specific automation or web build you worked on, what you built, and what tools you used
How you use AI tools in your actual day-to-day work right now — be specific, not general
Your honest experience level with WordPress, n8n or Make, and Vercel or Supabase
Why night shift works for you
