We are looking for a full cycle sales person.
Our business manufactures brass and bronze products with a focus on door handles. We have an existing extensive range of door handles and we have the capability to manufacture custom door handles. These handles can be for entrances as well as internal and kitchens. Think high end apartments, houses and villas.
We want someone to take over the sales role and sell to property developers, architects, construction firms and other organisations and people who are involved in the creation of high end construction projects so our products are built into the specifications of the property before its built or while being refitted. You will reach out to potential customers, get their specifications, go through the process of creating their order for them and making sure it is shipped to them and to their specifications. We are looking for someone who can work independently and create themselves a successful full time role.

The average number of apartments in a high end apartment development in Singapore is 100 apartments.
100 apartments need 1 front door handle, 8 kitchen handles and on average 2.5 internal door handles and 1 toilet roll holder. Lets say that front door handles are $500 each, kitchen door handles are $20 each, internal door handles are $100 each and toilet roll holders are $50 each. (100 x $500) + (100 x 8 x $20) + (100 x 2.5 x $100) + (100 x 1 x $50) = $96,000. For this job you are paid 5%, so your commission would be $4,800.
This role is commission only role, though we can be flexible for the right candidate. Commissions will be between 3% & 10% of gross order amount. The variability in commission rates occurs because some orders are much larger than others and require more or less work to support the sales and production process.
