About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing full-cycle sales representative to help us grow our client base.
This is an outbound sales role, focused on cold calling and closing deals.
You will:
• find companies that are hiring
• contact them directly
• and close deals
This is a long-term remote position with strong growth potential.

You must be comfortable:
• speaking on the phone
• handling objections

What You Will Do
• Call US, Germany. Canada and UK companies that are currently hiring
• Identify hiring needs
• Pitch our solution clearly
• Handle objections confidently
• Book calls or close deals
• Follow up via phone and
• Manage your own pipeline

English Requirement

Compensation
• Base salary: $500 – $1,000 USD per month (depending on experience)
• Commission: $200 – $300 per closed deal
• Additional performance bonuses possible
This role is performance-driven.
Strong performers can earn significantly more through commission.
