About the Role
We are a U.S. smoke shop distributor looking for a hunter who loves the phone.
This is not an appointment?setting role. Your job is to:
- Call smoke shops
- Reach the decision maker
- Present our products
- Close a test order or sample + clear commitment
- Do it again tomorrow.

What You Will Do
- Call 100+ new smoke shop leads per day using our lists and scripts
- Make 7–14 touches per lead (calls / SMS /
- Reach the decision maker and get a “yes” or “no,” or
- Get a usable
- Run the full sales cycle on the phone:
- Get past the gatekeeper
- Qualify the owner in under 60 seconds
- Present our offer, including free samples and first test order
- Handle objections and close on the line
- Log every touch and outcome in our CRM
- Follow up on interested but und
Scoreboard & Daily Targets
We keep it simple and transparent. You will see your numbers every day.
Daily Activity Targets
- 100+ new outbound calls
- 40–60 follow?up calls / texts /
- All leads touched at least once every 2–3 days until 7–14 touches
Weekly Outcome Targets
- 20+ decision?maker conversations
- At least 2% close rate on new leads (goal: 2–4 new stores per week once ramped)
- New decision?maker
We will train you on the product and scripts, but hitting these numbers consistently is non?negotiable.
What Success Looks Like After 90 Days
- You are closing 2%+ of new leads into first orders or committed sample trials
- You consistently close 8–15 new stores per month from your own pipeline
- Your notes are clean, every lead is followed up properly, and nothing falls through the cracks
Requirements
- Strong spoken English, confident and clear on the phone with U.S. business owners
- Proven experience in outbound phone sales or cold calling (B2B preferred)
- Comfortable doing high?volume dials every day
- Can follow a script and a process, not “wing it” after a week
- Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and ability to work U.S. time zones
Compensation
Base salary: $400–800 USD / month (depending on experience and schedule)
Commission: 10% of revenue from the first order for every store you close
There is no cap on commissions. The more stores you open, the more you earn.
