We're ALC TECHNOLOGIES INC. We build websites for Japanese corporate clients, and we're looking for a Philippines-based front-end developer for ongoing, project-based work independent contractor, fully remote, on your own schedule.

- Build landing pages, corporate sites, and campaign sites for client projects
- Pixel-perfect, responsive implementation from Figma / XD / Adobe designs
- WordPress development (themes, ACF, custom post types) and maintenance

MUST-HAVE
- WordPress (CMS): theme development, ACF, custom post types
- Adobe (incl. Japanese text layout)
- HTML / CSS / JavaScript / jQuery
- Git (GitHub / GitLab / SVN)
- Clear English communication
- 3+ years web development AND site maintenance/operation

NICE-TO-HAVE (bonus)
- GA4 / GTM / Looker Studio (measurement & operation)
- Server / domain / CMS structure understanding (cPanel / SSL / DNS), SEO, Cloudflare
- React / Next.js, basic PHP, automation (GitHub Actions / GAS)
- Experience working with Japanese clients

ENGAGEMENT & PAYMENT (project-based, milestone)
- Step 1 Landing Page = PHP 10,000–40,000
- Step 2 Website (1, WordPress/CMS) = PHP 20,000–100,000
- Step 3 E-commerce (1) = PHP 50,000–200,000
- Step 4 System / Web app = PHP 100,000–400,000
- Step 5 AI project (OpenAI API / RAG / LLM tools) = PHP 200,000–1,000,000
Strong performers move up the ladder and into a continuous monthly engagement.

SCOPE & PAYMENT (milestone-based fair to both sides)
- Each fixed-price project is paid in two milestones: 50% when the demo/staging build is delivered and updated, and the remaining 50% on final production delivery (including full revisions).
- Up to several rounds of revisions are included; extra revisions are billed separately. We agree scope and price before each milestone so no endless revisions, and both sides can move forward with confidence.

3) Paid trial judged on design fidelity, responsiveness, code
quality, speed, and communication
