Cabana is looking for a Front-End Developer who can build clean, modern, responsive web experiences that feel elevated, intuitive, and easy to use.
This role is for someone who cares about design just as much as code. You should have an eye for detail, understand how great user experiences are built, and be able to turn designs into polished, high-performing web pages.

Role Overview:
We're looking for a Front-End Developer to build beautiful, responsive, and conversion-focused web experiences.
You'll work closely with our marketing and creative teams to bring landing pages, website updates, and new features to life. While experience with Framer is a plus, we're primarily looking for someone with strong front-end development skills and a great eye for design.
Great websites aren't just visually appealing. They're fast, intuitive, responsive, and thoughtfully built.

-Has strong front-end development experience
-Can build responsive, pixel-perfect web pages
-Has a strong eye for layout, spacing, typography, and visual polish
-Understands modern UI/UX best practices
-Writes clean, maintainable code
-Enjoys turning ideas and designs into polished user experiences
-Thinks about performance, accessibility, and usability

Key Responsibilities
-Build and maintain responsive landing pages and website pages
-Translate designs into clean, production-ready code
-Ensure websites work seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile
-Collaborate with marketing and design teams on new pages and campaigns
-Troubleshoot UI and front-end issues
-Optimize pages for SEO, speed, usability, and conversion
-Recommend improvements based on user experience and front-end best practices

Qualifications
> 2+ years of professional front-end development experience
> Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
> Experience with React, Next.js, or similar modern frameworks
> Strong understanding of responsive web development
> Good eye for layout, spacing, hierarchy, and design quality
> Experience working from Figma or similar design tools/systems
> Portfolio of live websites or front-end projects

Nice to Have
> Experience with Framer
> Experience with Tailwind CSS
> Experience building websites for wellness, healthcare, beauty, or lifestyle brands
> Understanding of conversion-focused landing pages
> Experience collaborating with marketing teams
