ClinicGrower is a leading digital marketing agency that works specifically with medical aesthetic practices in order to connect them with new patients in their community and generate leads, appointments, and sales.

We are a vital part of their overall business. We deliver results and help grow these Medical Spas, Cosmetic Surgery and Plastic Surgery practices to new levels.

Thanks to our great work, we are also growing and we are looking for a dedicated Front End Developer to join our Website & Creative Teams.

ROLE

We are looking for a high-performing Front End Developer to help plan, take strategic action and drive results for the Creative and Website teams. As a Front End Developer, you will be leading the website infrastructure build, taking the design from our creative team and bringing that vision for the client to reality. Ensuring that all client websites are optimized, managing new website projects and optimizing existing performance of websites for both clients and our agency. You will understand core digital development principles like digital infrastructure, web design, user engagement and user experience (UX).

The Front End Developer will be aware of developing web trends; knowing how to apply new technologies that can be both innovative and achieve great results. You must have a fundamental understanding of WordPress, HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript

To be successful in this role, you should be highly creative, analytical, proactive, show an ability to manage projects, meet deadlines and communicate effectively! Experience working within a marketing agency or website team with a portfolio of websites worked on will be a requirement for this role.

REQUIREMENTS

- 4+ years of overall progressive experience in Web Design, Web Development and Website Creation, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Website Projects in Wordpress
- Minimum of 1 year within a Marketing Agency with a minimum portfolio of six (6) websites developed.
- A relevant degree or diploma in a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
- Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript
- Good understanding of content management systems.
- Good understanding of search engine optimization principles.
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
- Excellent visual design skills.
- Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies.
- Creative and open to new ideas.
- Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.
- Excellent communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Reporting to our Creative Director in this role will be pivotal in driving growth of results for our clients and marketing teams
- You would be responsible for taking our Graphically Designed PSD files and building them into WP
- Conceptualizing creative ideas with clients.
- Testing and improving the design of client websites and agency landing pages / funnels.
- Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
- Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
- Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for clients.
- Working with different content management systems.
- Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
- Updating functional components of websites at the request of our Search Engine Optimization (SEO) team
- Incorporating functionalities and features into websites.
- Designing sample pages including colours and fonts.
- Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure to VP of Marketing for approval.
- Periodic and regular quality assurance checks on websites and funnels to ensure they are operating at peak performance
- Analyzing heat maps and analytics to study, interpret and act on unfavourable trends in website traffic.

- Beautiful, On-Brand, High Functioning and Converting Landing Pages, Funnels and Websites

Compensation:

- Compensation for this role will be dependent on experience
- Compensation will be provided on a monthly basis
