JOB OVERVIEW

Job Type: Part-time remote position
Hours: Approximately 30 hours per week
Compensation: $800 USD per month
Required Languages: Fluent French and English

Working Hours
- This position follows U.S. Eastern Time.
- Morning quality control must be completed by 8:30 a.m. ET.
- You must remain available until approximately 2:00 p.m. ET for same-day client revisions.
- For candidates in the Philippines, this is generally an evening-to-early-morning schedule.
- Weekend availability is strongly preferred.

About the Role

Caya Médias is looking for an exceptionally detail-oriented and dependable Virtual Assistant to complete final quality control on real estate media before it is delivered to clients.

This is not a general administrative VA position. Your primary responsibility will be to confirm that every property file is complete, accurate, corrected, and ready for delivery before it reaches our administrative team for final validation.

We need someone we can trust to catch mistakes before they become client problems.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete final quality control on real estate photos, videos, floor plans, and other property media
- Review photos for framing, crooked horizons, missing images, and other quality concerns
- Confirm that all required property assets and requested corrections are complete
- Review and manage property workflows in Spiro
- Ensure tasks and files are accurately marked and that properties are not closed prematurely
- Confirm that requested photo and video revisions have been completed and preserved
- Identify missing or incomplete deliverables before reporting a property as complete
- Help manage same-day client revision requests
- Clearly document errors, corrections, and outstanding items
- Proactively follow through on problems instead of waiting for someone else to identify them

Required Qualifications
- Fluent spoken and written French
- Strong spoken and written English
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Highly organized, reliable, and accountable
- Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions
- Proactive about identifying and resolving problems
- Able to manage multiple properties and deadlines without overlooking details
- Comfortable asking questions when instructions or deliverables are unclear
- Able to consistently work within the required Eastern Time schedule

Preferred Experience
- Experience with real estate photography, video, editing, or media quality control is strongly preferred.
Experience with any of the following is a major advantage:
- Spiro
- AutoHDR
- Adobe Photoshop
- Real estate photography and video workflows
- Floor plans and property media deliverables
- Equipment and Software Requirements

You must have:
- Reliable high-speed internet
- A dependable computer capable of reviewing and managing large photo and video files
- Your own active Adobe Photoshop subscription
- The ability to use Photoshop for corrections that cannot be completed through AutoHDR
- A reliable backup plan for internet or power interruptions

A property should never be marked complete while required photos, videos, floor plans, corrections, or other deliverables are still missing.
