About us
WH Trucking is a U.S.-based asset carrier operating out of Georgia. We run dedicated contract freight, intermodal/rail moves, and spot loads. We are a small team that moves fast, and you will work directly with the owner.

We are hiring four dispatchers to build out 24/7 coverage. This is a long-term position with room to grow as we add trucks.

A note on the schedule: our night shift runs 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM U.S. Eastern, which is approximately 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Philippine time. If you are assigned nights, you will be working normal daytime hours locally.

What you'll do
Coordinate daily load assignments and driver schedules
Communicate with drivers throughout your shift on pickups, deliveries, and delays
Manage a dedicated contract account with recurring weekly loads
Handle rail/intermodal pickups and in-gate coordination
Track loads from pickup through delivery; flag problems before they escalate
Collect and file BOLs, PODs, and rate confirmations
Maintain dispatch trackers and operational spreadsheets
Escalate facility, appointment, and detention issues
Support spot load bidding and rate research
Hand off cleanly to the incoming dispatcher at shift change

Required
Prior U.S. freight dispatching experience. This is not negotiable. In your application, name the carriers or brokerages you dispatched for and the fleet size.
Strong written and spoken English — you will speak with U.S. drivers and facility staff every shift
Confident on the phone, including with frustrated drivers
Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Gmail, Drive, Docs)
Reliable high-speed internet with a backup connection, and a plan for power outages
Quiet, dedicated workspace
Self-starter who solves problems rather than forwarding them

Nice to have — we will train
Amazon Relay experience
Intermodal / rail experience (CSX, BNSF)
Any TMS experience
FMCSA compliance familiarity
Small-fleet dispatch experience (as opposed to large carrier)

Availability requirements
This is a 12-hour shift position on a rotating schedule averaging 42 hours per week, with every other weekend off.

Dispatch is a live-coverage role. Trucks, drivers, and facilities do not wait, and no one else can cover your desk while you are away from it. This position requires:

Full availability for your entire 12-hour shift, without interruption
A dedicated workspace separate from household activity
Reliable internet plus a backup connection and a power outage plan
No other concurrent job or client work during your shift
Consistent attendance — coverage gaps directly affect our customer accounts
Willingness to work either day or night rotation as assigned
