The Role
We’re looking for an experienced freelance editor with a proven track record creating high-performing Meta and TikTok ads. This role is about more than just cutting clips — we want someone who understands how to:
Stop the scroll in the first seconds.
Drive engagement and purchases with strong hooks, pacing, captions, and CTAs.
Take RAW UGC and turn it into polished ads.
Take existing ads and make them stronger through smart recuts and refinements.
Learn our brand voice and style, then run with it without needing constant direction.
What You’ll Do
Deliver weekly batches of short-form video ads (15s + 30s) across 9x16 and 1x1 formats.
Create recuts of existing ads with new hooks, captions, and energy.
Produce supporting static creatives in standard ad sizes.
Follow proven best practices while experimenting with fresh approaches.
What We’re Looking For
Proven success editing Meta and TikTok ad creatives.
A portfolio that shows you know how to make ads that convert.
Strong grasp of storytelling, editing for emotion, and building urgency.
Ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding while meeting weekly deadlines.
