JOB OVERVIEW

WORK DIRECTLY WITH THE FOUNDER OF A UK EDUCATION BUSINESS

What you can expect from me:

Scripts, email templates, course information and an objection guide. You do not write the sales strategy

Training, and a weekly call with me to review your outreach and calls

Commission of 5% to 10% on every course sold, on top of your hourly rate (GBP 17.25 to GBP 34.50 on each GBP 345 course)

A paid sample task (GBP 20) before any decision, then a paid two-month trial

Your rate reviewed at the end of the trial, and steady work after it

ABOUT US

Edify & Empower Tutoring is a UK tutoring and education business. We create CPD for tutors and tutoring companies, including our flagship accredited Safeguarding for Tutors course, and we support schools with safeguarding. We want every tutor to be safe, confident and well trained, and we are growing our reach around the world.

THE ROLE

You find and contact heads of tutoring companies and tutors around the world, start conversations about our CPD courses, and book calls. Courses are GBP 345 each. You will:

Research and list prospects (heads and directors of tutoring companies, and tutors) in our CRM in Odoo, with their role, website and public business contact details

Send personalised outreach by email and LinkedIn using my templates

Follow up politely, and record every conversation

Hold friendly discovery calls with people who reply: understand their needs, explain how the course helps and answer their questions

Help them buy, or book a call with me for larger teams

Send me a short weekly report of prospects contacted, replies, calls and sales

WHAT YOU WILL NOT DO

You will not pressure anyone, exaggerate or promise results. You will stop contacting anyone who asks you to, and you will follow the contact rules I train you on.

WHAT YOU NEED

Essential:

Proven experience in B2B sales, outreach or lead generation (email, LinkedIn or phone)

Excellent spoken and written English, and a warm, clear speaking voice

Strong research skills. You find the right person and a genuine reason to contact them

Reliable internet and a quiet place to work

Helpful, and we will train you: Odoo, and knowledge of education or tutoring.

PAY AND HOURS

Freelance, $9 per hour, plus commission on courses sold each month: 5% on your first 5, 7.5% on courses 6 to 10, and 10% on every course after that. That is GBP 17.25, GBP 25.88 and GBP 34.50 per course. Ten courses in a month earn about GBP 216 in commission

You invoice me once a month for your recorded hours and your commission. Commission counts on courses paid in full

About 10 hours a week, flexible. Calls are booked by link around the prospect's time zone, and I need some overlap with UK mornings

I provide the email account, calling tool and UK number
