Freelance Marketing & Creative Designer

About Us: FUB Hospitality is a Las Vegas-based food & beverage management group that develops, owns, and operates unique hospitality concepts — including bars, lounges, and entertainment venues — with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences. Our growing portfolio includes multiple venues in the Arts District, and we are actively expanding with new projects and partnerships.
Role Overview
• We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Digital Marketing & Creative Specialist to join our team on an ad-hoc, project-by-project basis. This individual will be responsible for creating pitch decks, renderings, and marketing collateral that showcase our hospitality concepts, attract investors, and support internal and external presentations.
• This is a flexible, project-based position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys combining design, storytelling, and marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
• Pitch Deck Development – Create visually compelling, investor-ready decks for new venue concepts and partnership opportunities.
• Concept Renderings & Visualizations – Produce realistic renderings and mockups of bar and restaurant interiors, signage, and décor to help bring ideas to life.
• Marketing Collateral – Design one-pagers, event flyers, social media graphics, and other assets to support ongoing marketing campaigns.
• Brand Consistency – Ensure all creative materials align with FUB Hospitality’s brand identity and tone.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with ownership, operations, and design teams to translate business objectives into clear visual storytelling.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, graphic design, or hospitality brand development (portfolio required).
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint / Google Slides and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience with 3D rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, Enscape, Blender, V-Ray) or ability to produce realistic concept visualizations.
• Creative storyteller who can take a concept from idea to polished deliverable.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):
• Experience working with bars, restaurants, or hospitality concepts.
• Familiarity with architectural drawings or floor plans.
• Video editing or motion graphics experience for short promo videos.
Engagement Details: This is a contract, ad-hoc role with flexible hours, compensated hourly or per project depending on scope. There may be opportunities for expanded engagement as our portfolio of venues grows.
