About Us
The Credit Collections Company Ltd is a UK-based, SME-focused credit management firm. We support clients with credit control and debt recovery using a warm, professional and relationship-led approach.

The Roles
We’re building a flexible freelance pool in the Philippines to support both PAYG (Pay As You Grow) and monthly-credit-control clients. Some clients need one-off support, and others need more regular help. We are recruiting approximately 2 people for each level.
This role suits someone who already has a full-time job and wants to supplement their income, or someone looking for long-term remote work with the opportunity to grow.

Pay (paid hourly in PHP)
Credit Control Associate: ?115/hour (0–2 years’ relevant experience)

Credit Controller: ?173/hour (2–3 years’ credit control/collections experience)

Senior Credit Control Officer: ?202/hour (3–5 years’ credit control/collections experience)

All payments are made in Philippine pesos (PHP), so you never lose out on exchange rates.

What You’ll Do
Chase overdue balances following the agreed client criteria
Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates
Build supportive client relationships; be firm when needed
Escalate queries/unresolved issues to management
Uphold high standards of professionalism and compliance
Support other reasonable office tasks as needed

Requirements
Experience appropriate to the level you are applying for
English proficiency at C1 (Advanced) or C2 (Mastery/Proficient) level is required
Confident with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Reliable internet and home office setup
Friendly, empathetic, organised, and calm under pressure

Working Hours & Flexibility
All work (calls and admin) must be completed between 9 am and 6 pm UK time. Typical demand is 2–4 hours per day, but this can vary depending on client needs. No guaranteed minimum hours.

Progression
For the right committed candidate who looks after clients well, you may be considered for a permanent role in future with additional perks (e.g., paid holidays and sick pay). We don't guarantee this, but we love to promote from within.
