JOB OVERVIEW

We are a premium performance brand operating both in-person and online.
We are hiring a technically capable operator who can execute quickly and produce clean business reporting.

This is not a virtual assistant role.
This is a precision execution role.

Primary Responsibilities
1?? WordPress & WPForms Execution

Update and clean WordPress pages
Improve layout, spacing, mobile responsiveness
Troubleshoot WPForms (logic, notifications, integrations)
Fix broken submissions
Adjust landing pages
Implement minor formatting improvements
Maintain technical cleanliness

If something on the website needs fixing, you fix it.

2?? On-Page SEO (Execution-Level)

Optimize title tags
Improve meta descriptions
Ensure proper header structure
Improve internal linking
Optimize blog formatting
Manage image compression and alt text
Use Yoast or Rank Math effectively
This is implementation-level SEO only.

3?? Reporting & Data Visibility

You will generate clean, structured reports so leadership can steer the business clearly.

Funnel conversion metrics (if applicable)
You do not create strategy.

Required Skills

Strong WordPress proficiency
Experience with WPForms
Comfortable with Google Sheets
Able to build clean dashboards
Familiar with Google Analytics & Search Console
Organized and detail-driven
Independent problem solver

Experience supporting performance or fitness brands

Responsive within 24 hours (business days, EST)

Compensation
$40–$75/hr depending on experience
