JOB OVERVIEW

Schedule: Full-time contractor, with working hours overlapping US time zones (Pacific to Eastern)
Pay: Weekly
Compensation: Performance-based with scaling base pay, commissions, and bonuses

About
We provide premium managed WordPress services for US-based businesses. Our core services include managed WordPress hosting, maintenance, performance optimization, and managed local SEO. We also offer WordPress support, development, and design services.

We are a small but growing company focused on delivering a polished, premium client experience. Our approach is rooted in empathy. We take the time to understand the problems clients are facing and provide practical, high-quality solutions that genuinely help.

We are now hiring a Founding Sales Executive to build our outbound sales motion from the ground up.

The Role
This is not a plug-and-play sales job. We do not have an existing outbound sales machine for you to step into. We are looking for someone who wants to take ownership of sales like an entrepreneur would. You will be responsible for building and executing your own outreach strategy, identifying target markets, starting conversations, qualifying leads, following up, and closing new business.

You will have the freedom to do what you do best. We will provide the core tools you need, including an email address, outbound email system, phone system, and reasonable tool support as needed. Early on, you will work closely with the owner to get aligned and supported. Over time, the expectation is that you will operate independently and own the sales process. This role is ideal for someone who is self-directed, resourceful, highly motivated by performance-based earnings, and excited by the idea of building something from scratch.

Responsibilities
Creating and executing your own outbound sales strategy
Identifying industries, niches, and ideal customer profiles to target
Prospecting and generating leads through cold email, cold calling, and other outbound methods
Starting conversations with US-based business owners and decision-makers
Qualifying opportunities and moving them through the sales process
Collaborating with the owner on quotes and proposals until you are comfortable scoping accurately
Closing new recurring service clients and one-time project work
Maintaining a professional, respectful sales approach with no pushy tactics

What You Will Not Be Responsible For
Account management after the sale
Ongoing client delivery
Internal CRM/reporting setup and system administration

What We’re Looking For
B2B sales experience
Strong experience or confidence in outbound sales
Excellent spoken and written English
Comfortable speaking with US-based prospects by phone and email in a professional, polished way
Able to work during hours that overlap with US time zones, especially Pacific through Eastern
Self-starter who does not need constant direction
Organized, disciplined, and results-focused
Comfortable helping shape target market strategy instead of waiting for a script
Experience selling digital services such as SEO, web development, hosting, maintenance, or similar services is strongly preferred

Compensation
This role is designed to reward new business creation clearly and aggressively, while keeping compensation simple, transparent, and tied to performance

Currency and Conversion
Our client revenue is primarily billed in USD, so sales goals are measured in USD. Compensation is paid in PHP as much as possible.

For commission payouts tied to USD revenue:
payout amounts are calculated from the USD value of the business closed
then converted and paid in PHP
all PHP commission examples below are approximate and subject to exchange-rate changes at the time of payout

For planning examples below, a simple reference rate of 55 PHP = 1 USD is used.

Base Pay
Ramp base: 15,000 PHP per month for the first full quarter
Once the rep meets the standard first-quarter goal of $2,500 USD in new MRR, base pay increases to 30,000 PHP per month starting the following quarter
If the rep does not yet meet the first-quarter goal, ramp base remains in place until that quarterly goal is achieved

Managed Service Commission
For new recurring service clients you personally source and close:

25% of the first month’s MRR after the client’s first payment clears
25% of the first month’s MRR after the client remains active for 60 days

This means total commission on recurring services is equal to 50% of the first month’s MRR, paid in two parts.

Example:
If you close $2,000 USD in MRR, total commission would be approximately 55,000 PHP, paid as:

27,500 PHP after first payment clears
27,500 PHP after 60 days active

Actual PHP amounts remain subject to exchange-rate conversion at payout.

Project Commission
For one-time or hourly work such as design, development, or support:

10% of collected revenue, converted and paid in PHP

Monthly MRR Sales Goals and Bonuses
Bonuses are tied to new recurring revenue closed during the month.

Standard monthly goal: $1,500 USD in new MRR
Bonus: 10,000 PHP
Performance target: $2,000 USD in new MRR
Additional bonus: 15,000 PHP
Total bonus at $2,000 = 25,000 PHP
High-performance tier: $2,500 USD in new MRR
Additional bonus: 10,000 PHP
Total bonus at $2,500 = 35,000 PHP
Top-performance tier: $3,000 USD in new MRR
Additional bonus: 10,000 PHP
Total bonus at $3,000 = 45,000 PHP
Above $3,000 USD in new MRR:
Additional 7,500 PHP for every extra $500 USD in new MRR during that month

Monthly bonus examples
$1,500 new MRR = 10,000 PHP
$2,000 new MRR = 25,000 PHP
$2,500 new MRR = 35,000 PHP
$3,000 new MRR = 45,000 PHP
$3,500 new MRR = 52,500 PHP
$4,000 new MRR = 60,000 PHP
Quarterly MRR Sales Goals and Bonuses

Quarterly bonuses are tied to total new recurring revenue closed during the quarter.

Standard quarterly goal: $4,500 USD in new MRR
Bonus: 25,000 PHP
Performance quarterly target: $6,000 USD in new MRR
Additional bonus: 20,000 PHP
Total bonus at $6,000 = 45,000 PHP
High-performance quarterly target: $7,500 USD in new MRR
Additional bonus: 20,000 PHP
Total bonus at $7,500 = 65,000 PHP
Top-performance quarterly target: $9,000 USD in new MRR
Additional bonus: 20,000 PHP
Total bonus at $9,000 = 85,000 PHP
Above $9,000 USD in new MRR for the quarter:
Additional 15,000 PHP for every extra $1,500 USD in new MRR

Quarterly bonus examples
$4,500 quarterly new MRR = 25,000 PHP
$6,000 quarterly new MRR = 45,000 PHP
$7,500 quarterly new MRR = 65,000 PHP
$9,000 quarterly new MRR = 85,000 PHP
$10,500 quarterly new MRR = 100,000 PHP

Example Earnings: Rep Closes $2,000 USD in New MRR Per Month
Here is a simple example of what earnings could look like for a rep who consistently closes $2,000 USD in new MRR each month.

Assumptions:
reference conversion rate is 55 PHP = 1 USD
all clients remain active long enough for the 60-day commission release
this example does not include one-time project commissions

First Quarter
The rep closes:

Month 1: $2,000 new MRR
Month 2: $2,000 new MRR
Month 3: $2,000 new MRR

Total for the quarter:
$6,000 USD in new MRR
This exceeds the standard first-quarter goal and qualifies the rep for the higher ongoing base pay starting the next quarter

Month 1
Base pay: 15,000 PHP
Monthly bonus for hitting $2,000 new MRR: 25,000 PHP
First commission payment on $2,000 MRR: 27,500 PHP

Total Month 1 earnings: approximately 67,500 PHP

Month 2
Base pay: 15,000 PHP
Monthly bonus for hitting $2,000 new MRR: 25,000 PHP
First commission payment on $2,000 MRR: 27,500 PHP

Total Month 2 earnings: approximately 67,500 PHP

Month 3
Base pay: 15,000 PHP
Monthly bonus for hitting $2,000 new MRR: 25,000 PHP
First commission payment on Month 3’s $2,000 MRR: 27,500 PHP
60-day retained commission from Month 1’s deal: 27,500 PHP

Total Month 3 earnings: approximately 95,000 PHP

Quarterly Bonus
Because the rep closed $6,000 USD in new MRR for the quarter, they earn:

25,000 PHP for hitting the quarterly goal of $4,500
20,000 PHP additional for hitting the quarterly target of $6,000

Total quarterly bonus: 45,000 PHP

First-Quarter Earnings Summary
For a rep who closes $2,000 USD in new MRR each month in the first quarter:

Month 1 earnings: 67,500 PHP
Month 2 earnings: 67,500 PHP
Month 3 earnings: 95,000 PHP
Quarterly bonus: 45,000 PHP

Total paid during the quarter: approximately 275,000 PHP

In addition, there would still be future retained commission releases from:

Month 2 deal: 27,500 PHP
Month 3 deal: 27,500 PHP

Additional commission scheduled after quarter-end: approximately 55,000 PHP, assuming those clients remain active through the 60-day mark.

Ongoing Earnings After Ramp

Because the rep met the first-quarter goal, base pay increases to 30,000 PHP per month starting in the next quarter.

If the rep continues closing $2,000 USD in new MRR per month, a normal month after ramp would look like:

Base pay: 30,000 PHP
Monthly bonus: 25,000 PHP
First commission payment on current month’s deal: 27,500 PHP
Retained commission from deals closed 60 days earlier: 27,500 PHP

Typical ongoing monthly earnings after ramp: approximately 110,000 PHP, plus quarterly bonuses when earned.

Note: All USD-based commission amounts are converted and paid in PHP using the company’s standard exchange rate at the time of payout.

Tools and Support
We will provide:
Company email address
Outbound email system
Phone system
Reasonable support for additional tools, subject to discussion and feasibility

Work Environment Requirements
Reliable computer
Quality headset
Stable internet connection
Quiet, professional work environment

How We Sell
Our approach is simple: be helpful, be clear, and do not be pushy. We are not interested in aggressive or high-pressure sales tactics. There are more than enough businesses in the US to target. If someone is not interested, we move on professionally. We want someone who can sell with confidence and empathy, without becoming transactional or forceful.

Why This Role Is Different
This is a founding sales role. You will not be one of many people on a large sales team. You will be one of the first people shaping how sales works inside the business. If you want autonomy, ownership, performance-based upside, and the chance to help build a real growth engine from the ground up, this role is for you.
