About Us

We’re building an app designed to solve a real problem:

Most women feel stuck, unclear on what they’re good at, and disconnected from what they actually enjoy.

This app helps them figure it out through action, not overthinking.

Users start with a short, psychology-driven quiz that identifies strengths, interests, and patterns. From there, AI generates personalized, real-world experiments they can try immediately to discover what actually fits them.

This is not a journaling app.
This is a clarity-through-action system.

The Role
We’re looking for a Founding Product Builder to take this from idea ? live app.
You won’t just be coding. You’ll be shaping the product, challenging assumptions, and building something people actually use.
If you need detailed instructions for everything, this is not your role.

What You’ll Build
A high-converting onboarding quiz that identifies:
Strengths
Energy drivers
Skill patterns
AI-powered recommendations that:
Turn insights into tiny, testable experiments
Adapt based on user behavior and feedback
A feedback loop that tracks:
What users try
What they enjoy
What they avoid
A simple, engaging user experience that keeps people coming back

Responsibilities
Build and launch the MVP quickly
Design and implement AI-driven personalization
Collaborate on product strategy and user experience
Continuously improve the system based on user data
Push for simplicity, speed, and real user outcomes

Requirements:
Experience building consumer-facing apps
Strong product thinking (not just technical execution)
Experience working with AI APIs (like OpenAI or similar)
Ability to work in ambiguity and move fast
Bias toward action over perfection

Nice to Have
Experience with behavioral psychology or habit-building products
Experience building early-stage or 0 ? 1 products
Opinions on why most “self-discovery” apps fail
