JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing U.S.-based housing company building a new technology marketplace for flexible housing and room rentals.

We are creating a platform where renters can search available rooms, compare options, qualify, and request/book housing from multiple property owners and operators.

Think of the search and booking experience of Expedia, but designed specifically for rooms and flexible housing.

We are looking for a resourceful developer who can help us build the MVP quickly using modern no-code, low-code, and AI-assisted development tools.

What You’ll Build:

The first version will include:

-Renter and Host accounts
-Property and room listings
-Photo uploads
-Location-based room search
-Filters for price, move-in date, furnished status, bathroom type, etc.
-Room detail pages
-Availability
-Renter inquiry/request-to-book process
-Host dashboard
-Admin dashboard
-Mobile-responsive design

Future phases may include Stripe payments, maps, renter verification, AI-powered matching, dynamic pricing, messaging, and integrations with other housing platforms.

Technology

We are open to Bubble, FlutterFlow, Lovable, Replit, Supabase, Firebase or another appropriate stack.

We care more about your ability to build a reliable product quickly than which specific platform you use.

You should understand databases, user authentication, APIs, responsive UI, workflows and marketplace architecture.

Who We Want:

We want a product builder, not someone who needs every button and workflow explained.

You should be comfortable hearing a business idea, asking good questions, recommending solutions and turning it into a working product.

Experience building marketplaces, booking platforms, property technology or SaaS applications is strongly preferred.

Compensation:

$600–$800 USD/month depending on experience.

We anticipate approximately 15–20 hours per week initially. This can become a long-term position as the platform grows.

There will be a small paid test project before final selection.
