About STACS
Shirley Therapeutic and Consulting Services (STACS) is a growing mental health, education, and emotional-awareness company built around a simple belief:
Understanding Changes Everything.
We are expanding beyond traditional therapy into digital products, educational resources, content platforms, subscriptions, trainings, AI-supported tools, and experiences that help people better understand themselves and their relationships.
We are looking for a Founding Experience & Innovation Architect to help turn those ideas into things people can actually see, use, experience, engage with, and purchase.
This is not simply a graphic design role.
It is not simply social media.
It is not an automation role.
And it is definitely not a role for someone who only enjoys brainstorming.
We are looking for a builder.
Big Ideas. Small Details. Both Matter Here.
Some days, you may be asked to explore an undeveloped idea, study our customer avatar, identify one or two viable concepts, recommend the strongest direction, and estimate what it would take to execute.
Other days, you may be:
* Creating a form or landing page
* Building or testing a GHL workflow
* Designing a digital resource in Canva
* Scheduling social media content
* Repurposing a podcast episode into social and written content
* Formatting or publishing a Substack article
* Uploading and organizing digital assets
* Testing links, emails, forms, funnels, or customer journeys
* Documenting a process or creating an SOP
* Researching a new AI or no-code tool
* Troubleshooting something that did not work as expected
* Helping move a subscription, digital product, or new experience toward launch
We consider both kinds of work important.
The right person brings the same care and energy to the seemingly ordinary details as they do to the exciting creative work.
Because at STACS, the small work is what makes the big ideas functional.
What You’ll Help Build
Our ecosystem includes developing and emerging initiatives such as The Fear Therapy Podcast, Substack, digital products and resources, subscription experiences, educational content, courses and workshops, AI-supported experiences, social media, customer journeys, and other STACS intellectual property.
You will work across three interconnected areas:
45% — Adaptive Execution & Ownership
You move work forward. You manage agreed timelines and milestones, identify obstacles early, research solutions, recommend next steps, execute approved directions, troubleshoot problems, and close loops.
40% — Creative Development & Production
You help transform ideas into polished experiences through design, content, social media, digital products, customer journeys, podcast and Substack support, landing pages, GHL experiences, and related creative production.
15% — Opportunity Translation & Executional Strategy
You help answer: “Given where STACS wants to go, what is a smart way to get there?” You may review an emerging technology, audience insight, Founder idea, or existing STACS concept and develop one or two practical ways it could become something useful—with a recommendation and projected execution timeline.
What Ownership Means Here
We do not expect you to know everything.
We do expect you to know what to do when you don’t.
When an obstacle appears, your first response should not be to stop working and wait indefinitely for instructions. We value people who can research possibilities, evaluate reasonable options, communicate what they find, recommend a next step, and identify what decision or support they need.
You will have access to leadership and collaborate with STACS Systems, Operations, and Customer Service functions.
You are not expected to replace those roles.
You are expected to understand how your work connects to them.
Our operating philosophy is simple:
Own the outcome. Create movement. Close the loop.
Innovation at STACS
Innovation does not mean chasing every shiny new platform.
For us, innovation means turning useful ideas into testable experiences.
You should be comfortable moving through a process such as:
Research → Evaluate → Recommend → Prototype → Test → Implement → Improve
You may be given an article, video, new technology, audience observation, or partially developed Founder idea and asked:
“Is there something here for STACS?”
A strong response goes beyond “Yes, that’s a cool idea.”
We want someone who can study our audience and existing ecosystem, develop one or two viable applications, identify what would be required, recommend a direction, and provide a realistic projected timeframe for execution.
Content & Social Media
Social media is part of this role, but this is not a traditional Social Media Manager position.
You will help create, adapt, organize, schedule, and publish STACS content across appropriate channels while looking for ways to connect individual pieces of content into a larger ecosystem.
A podcast episode might become a Substack article, several social posts, an audience conversation, a resource, an email journey, or eventually an idea for a product.
We want someone who can see those connections.
Tools & Technical Comfort
You do not need to be a software engineer.
You do need to be technologically curious, resourceful, and comfortable learning digital platforms.
Experience or strong working comfort with GoHighLevel (GHL) is important, particularly with functions such as landing pages, forms, funnels, workflows, email/SMS journeys, pipelines, and customer experiences.
You should also be comfortable with Canva, AI tools, automation/no-code platforms, social publishing tools, digital content platforms, and collaborative project-management environments.
Specific tools will continue to evolve.
Your ability to learn and apply technology matters more than collecting software certifications.
You May Thrive Here If…
You are someone who:
* Enjoys both creative thinking and practical execution
* Can take an idea from concept toward completion
* Notices details without losing sight of the larger objective
* Can work effectively while an organization is growing and changing
* Maintains momentum when plans, tools, or circumstances shift
* Researches before immediately asking someone else to solve the problem
* Can make thoughtful recommendations rather than simply presenting information
* Communicates clearly when you need a decision, resource, or clarification
* Is comfortable receiving Founder direction and figuring out how to execute it
* Can manage several different types of work without abandoning the less exciting assignments
* Takes pride in completing what was started
* Enjoys learning emerging technology
* Understands that beautiful experiences must also work
* Can support social media consistently rather than only when inspiration strikes
This Role May NOT Be for You If…
This section is important.
You may not enjoy this position if you primarily want to:
brainstorm but not execute; design but not document; build automations but avoid routine production; work only on highly creative assignments; wait for detailed step-by-step instructions before moving; or consistently lose interest once a project reaches the repetitive implementation stage.
STACS is intentionally looking for someone with range.
We dream big here.
Then we do the little things required to make the dream real.
Compensation & Schedule
This is a remote position. With the exclusion of established meetings, you are not tied to a specific time schedule. Your deadlines will always be EST.
The role also includes defined performance and project-based bonus opportunities tied to areas such as exceptional execution, innovation initiatives, successful product or experience launches, and measurable business impact.
Bonus opportunities are in addition to base compensation and will have predetermined expectations when applicable.
Importantly, higher-level creative or innovation work does not offset neglected core responsibilities. Consistent execution of routine responsibilities is required for bonus eligibility.
The position begins with a 90-day onboarding and evaluation period.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 90 days, we should begin to see something beyond completed assignments.
We should see movement.
Ideas become plans.
Plans become deliverables.
Problems come with possible solutions.
Content gets published.
Forms get built.
Experiences get tested.
Projects get closed.
And opportunities we might otherwise overlook begin turning into thoughtful recommendations.
You won’t be expected to transform STACS by yourself.
But we should be able to point to things that now exist, function better, or moved forward because you were here.
How to Apply:
When submitting your application, add the words “Dragonfly of Hope” to your subject line. Around here, the little things matter, too.
Please submit your résumé/CV, relevant portfolio or work samples to:
1. Big Idea: Tell us about something you helped take from an idea to a completed experience, product, campaign, system, or launch. What did you personally own?
2. Small Detail: Tell us about a repetitive, administrative, or seemingly “boring” assignment you were responsible for. How did you maintain quality and consistency?
3. Problem-Solving: Tell us about a project that encountered an unexpected obstacle. What did you do before escalating the problem?
4. Opportunity Translation: Imagine you are given an emerging AI tool and asked, “Could STACS use this?” Walk us through how you would determine whether the idea is worth pursuing.
5. Technology: Briefly describe your experience with GoHighLevel, Canva, AI tools, automations, social media, and any other relevant digital platforms.
