Are you a video editor who feels like "standard editing" is dead? We aren't looking for someone to just cut clips together. We are looking for a Founding Member who is obsessed with the intersection of human creativity and Generative AI. We build autonomous systems and high-growth brands, and we need a partner who can turn raw ideas into high-retention, AI-enhanced video content that dominates social platforms.

The Technical Arsenal (Must-Haves)
AI Look-a-Likes & Cloning: You must be a pro at generating high-fidelity AI look-a-like videos using HeyGen, Higgsfield, or other emerging generative platforms.

Strategic B-Roll Generation: You know how to use AI (Midjourney, Runway, Pika, etc.) to generate custom B-roll and place it strategically to maximize viewer retention on Shorts and Reels.

Tool Agnostic: Whether you use Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut, we don't care—as long as the output is world-class.

Continuous Evolution: You are a "student of the game." You spend your free time in ---------- servers and YouTube rabbit holes studying the latest AI video tech before it even goes viral.

Impeccable Taste: You have an "eye" for what works. You know when a transition is too much and when a caption style is exactly right for the niche.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Content Creation: Transform raw footage or concepts into high-impact short-form and long-form video content.

AI Innovation: Constant experimentation with new tools to improve our efficiency and visual "wow" factor.

Strategic Hook/Caption Design: Crafting captions and visual hooks that stop the scroll.

Full-Time Commitment: You are dedicated to our vision, working in a "results-only" environment where your impact is directly measured.
