JOB OVERVIEW

Electronics Alpha is a growing U.S.-based B2B software company looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial generalist to join as our very first employee and work directly with the founder.

You'll wear many hats, including responding to customer support emails, communicating with U.S. customers over Zoom and Slack, researching potential customers, conducting light outbound sales prospecting, scheduling meetings, coordinating marketing initiatives, organizing events, and managing projects like creating and shipping branded merchandise.

We're looking for someone with exceptional, near-native English communication skills, strong organizational abilities, curiosity, resourcefulness, and a genuine interest in startups and entrepreneurship. You should be comfortable using modern software and AI tools, solving problems independently, and taking ownership without needing constant direction.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to do more than traditional virtual assistant work. As the company grows, you'll have the opportunity to take on increasingly strategic responsibilities and help shape the business. Prior startup experience is a plus, but ambition, attitude, and a willingness to learn matter most.
