We’re hiring a right-hand operator to the CEO of multiple fast-growing companies across:
• Real Estate (Land Investments + Short-Term Rentals)
• Hospitality (Luxury Portfolio + Boutique Hotel Development)
• AI & Software (STR Operations Platform)
• Course

WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO

This role sits at the intersection of AI, marketing, and operations.

You’ll help turn ideas into execution — fast.

AI + Automation
• Build and manage workflows using tools like:
• n8n / Zapier / Make
• ChatGPT / Claude / AI agents
• Help develop internal AI systems (lead gen, CRM automation, messaging bots)
• Improve operational efficiency using AI

Marketing + Growth
• Assist with:
• Funnel builds (landing pages, lead flows)
• Email/SMS campaigns
• Lead generation systems (Apollo, scraping, outreach)
• Help test and iterate offers, messaging, and campaigns
• Support content systems (IG, TikTok, ads — optional but strong plus)

Operations + Systems
• Build SOPs, dashboards, and internal systems
• Help manage CRM pipelines
• Track KPIs across multiple businesses
• Identify inefficiencies and fix them
• pay maintenance vendors/ coordinate with bookeeping team.

Founder Support
• Work directly with CEO on:
• Email Management,
• Product development (AI tools / SaaS)
• Strategic decisions
• Be the person who figures things out without hand-holding
Calendar + priority management
• Coordinating projects and follow-ups
• Research, vendor coordination, and task execution
• Acting as a second brain to the CEO

WHO THIS IS FOR

You are:
• Extremely resourceful (you don’t wait for instructions)
• Fast-moving and detail-oriented
• Obsessed with building systems and efficiency
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats
• Able to think like an operator, not just an executor

You likely have experience in:
• Startups, agencies, or high-growth environments
• AI tools + automation
• Marketing systems or operations

MUST-HAVE SKILLS
• Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, automations, etc.)
• Strong systems thinking (SOPs, workflows, process design)
• Marketing fundamentals (funnels, lead gen, CRM)
• Excellent communication + organization
• Ability to execute quickly with minimal direction

HUGE PLUS IF YOU HAVE
• Experience with:
• Zapier / n8n / Make
• Apollo / cold outreach systems
• Real estate or short-term rentals
• Basic understanding of SaaS or product building
• Design skills (Canva, Figma)
• Social Media
• Sales
