JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented assistant to help support a growing wellness and events company based in Australia.

State of Nirvana
delivers mobile wellness experiences including wood-fired saunas, ice baths, breathwork, yoga, corporate wellness events, community experiences, and large-scale activations. The business is growing quickly, and we are looking for someone who can help bring structure, organisation, and operational support to a fast-moving creative environment.

This is NOT a basic “virtual assistant” role.

You will be working directly alongside the founder to help reduce operational overload, organise workflows, assist with content systems, and help turn ideas into structured execution.

You must be comfortable working with a highly creative founder who moves quickly, generates lots of ideas, and needs support with organisation, systems, follow-through, and operational structure.

Responsibilities
Organising Google Drive folders and files
Assisting with inbox and calendar management
Formatting proposals and documents
Organising and scheduling social media content
Repurposing content across platforms
Tracking leads and updating CRM systems
Following up emails and enquiries
Creating task lists and workflow systems
Assisting with research and operational tasks
Managing spreadsheets and business documents
Helping create structure around projects and ideas
Uploading and scheduling content
Supporting day-to-day business operations
Skills Required
Strong written and spoken English
Excellent organisation skills
Attention to detail
Experience with Google Workspace
Comfortable using ChatGPT and AI tools
Canva experience preferred
Social media scheduling experience preferred
Ability to work independently and proactively
Fast learner with strong communication
