Job Title:
Forward Deployed Engineer to design integrations, automate workflows, and power AI-driven tools

We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to serve as the bridge between internal AI developers and operational teams. In this role, you’ll design and implement integrations, build structured data pipelines, and support AI-powered tools that streamline decision-making and business operations. As a Forward Deployed Engineer You Will:
Design and implement integrations between systems like Salesforce, Appfolio, Podio, Buildertrend, and Sage. Collaborate with AI engineers to structure data pipelines supporting LLMs and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows. Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to extract, clean, transform, and unify data across departments. Design scalable data models to power analytics dashboards and AI agent deployment. Manage APIs, including authentication flows, rate limits, and webhook configurations. Develop documentation and integration playbooks to ensure long-term maintainability. Own the delivery of AI-powered internal tools—from prototype through full deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
We’re seeking someone with 3+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or systems integration. You should be proficient in SQL and at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript), with proven experience building and managing structured data pipelines. Familiarity with REST APIs, OAuth2, JSON schemas, and webhooks is essential, as is experience with platforms like Salesforce, Appfolio, Podio, or Sage. Comfort with Git, CI/CD practices, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is also required.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Background in private lending, construction, property management, or real estate operations.
• Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Components, SOQL).
• Familiarity with AI/ML workflows such as embeddings, vector stores, or LLM orchestration.
• Understanding of RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), semantic search, or chatbot frameworks.
• Experience building internal dashboards or admin tools for operational teams.
