About MSTR

MSTR ( ---------- ) is an AI software company based in the Netherlands and an Anthropic partner. We build custom AI software for Dutch businesses, run programs that bring AI into daily use, and ship our own products.

We are 20+ people, with a customer-facing team in the Netherlands and a remote development team in the Philippines. We are hiring 2 to 3 engineers for our Work with AI programs.

Location and type

- Remote
- Full-time, 40 hours per week, 14:00 to 23:00 Philippine time (overlapping with Netherlands business hours)
- Long-term contractor position

What you will do

Our Work with AI programs help Dutch companies use Claude in their daily work. In 8 weeks we map how a team works, find the tasks AI can take over, and build the skills, automations and MCP connections that make it happen. You are the engineer who builds those solutions and joins the client sessions where they are shaped and tested.

This isn't a pure development role. We are looking for a hybrid: someone who can build with AI tools and explain their work clearly to a client.

- Build: Claude skills, workflows and MCP integrations, based on task audits with the client
- Join client sessions: task audits, baselines and feedback rounds, together with the Dutch product owner
- Test and improve: keep working on what you built until it saves the client real time
- Run programs in parallel: up to 5 Work with AI programs at once, without development projects on the side
- Grow: move into leading programs yourself and hosting training sessions

What we are looking for

Must-have:
- Hands-on experience with AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot, and a good feel for prompting
- Enough technical understanding to set up integrations and automations (a development background is a plus, not a must)
- A structured way of working and basic project management skills
- Excellent English communication, written and verbal, and comfortable in client meetings
- You explain what you built in a way a non-technical client understands

Nice-to-have:
- Experience with Claude Code, Claude Desktop or MCP servers
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot (we are looking for 2 people who want to specialize in Copilot)
- Prior consulting, customer success or implementation work
- Experience using AI tools like Claude or Claude Code in your work

AI tools are welcome. We are an AI company. If you use Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Copilot or similar tools to automate your own work, build small tools or prepare for meetings, tell us how. We would rather hire someone who uses AI well than someone who avoids it.

4. AI in your work: How do you use AI tools like Claude or Copilot in your work today? Where do they still get it wrong?
5. Your next role: What would you like to achieve in your next role? Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?

Video guidelines:
- Length: 3 to 7 minutes in total
- Production: no need for professional quality, we want to see the real you
- Authenticity: it's fine to use AI to prepare, but talk to us in your own words. Please don't read from a script.
- Language: English (this assesses your communication skills)
- Format: any video format is fine (MP4, MOV, etc.)
- Hosting: upload to Google Drive, Dropbox, YouTube (unlisted) or similar
