Virtual Assistant – Follow Up Boss CRM Specialist (Part-Time)

Job Type: Part-Time (room to grow into more hours/responsibilities)
Pay: Negotiable, based on experience

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant with extensive hands-on experience using Follow Up Boss (FUB) CRM. This role is focused on cleaning up, organizing, and maintaining our database — with a strong emphasis on lead source tracking and CRM automation.

Responsibilities

Organize and clean up our Follow Up Boss database
Set up and manage Smart Lists
Create and apply tags for segmentation
Build and activate email/text campaigns and drip sequences
Set up and manage AI/chat tools within FUB
Code and label lead sources accurately
Track and report on lead source performance over time
Maintain ongoing data hygiene and organization as new leads come in

Requirements

Proven, verifiable experience working in Follow Up Boss CRM (please be specific about your FUB experience when applying)
Strong understanding of CRM database organization, smart lists, tagging, and campaign automation
Familiarity with AI/chat tools integrated into CRMs
Proficient in spoken and written English
Professional, business-oriented communication style
Able and willing to collaborate with a team
Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning a process end-to-end
