We are a growing real estate brokerage in the United States looking for a highly skilled professional who can take full ownership of our CRM and help our team convert more leads into appointments.

This is NOT a basic virtual assistant role.
We are looking for someone who understands systems, follow-up, and conversion.
???? YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
Your job is to make sure:
* No lead is missed
* Follow-up is consistent and effective
* Our ISA team is setting appointments every week
???? WHAT YOU WILL DO
CRM Management (Follow Up Boss)
* Organize and structure pipelines
* Set up automations, action plans, and smart lists
* Ensure all leads are tracked and followed up properly
* Clean and optimize the CRM
ISA Training & Performance
* Train ISA team on how to use Follow Up Boss
* Improve how they communicate with leads
* Create and refine follow-up systems
* Track activity and hold the team accountable
* Ensure at least 20+ conversations per week
* Help increase appointments and conversions
Conversion Optimization
* Identify where leads are being lost
* Improve follow-up speed and quality
* Increase conversion from lead to appointment
? REQUIREMENTS (READ CAREFULLY)
* Experience using Follow Up Boss CRM (REQUIRED)
* Experience in real estate
* Experience working with or training a sales or ISA team
* Strong understanding of lead follow-up and conversion

* Leads are contacted quickly

* ISA team is active and consistent
* Appointments are being set weekly
* Conversion improves over time
???? COMPENSATION
* $700 – $900/month (based on experience)
* Performance bonuses available based on results
