JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled **FlutterFlow + Supabase App Developer** to help build a new customer referral and rewards mobile app called **Royal Rewards** for Royal Financial Consulting.

This will initially be a **part-time project**, with the opportunity for long-term work as we continue improving and expanding the application.

### About the App

Royal Rewards will allow our customers to create an account, receive their own referral code/link, refer new customers, earn points, earn cash referral bonuses, redeem rewards, and track everything from their personal dashboard.

For example:

**Refer a customer → Earn Points → Customer completes an eligible tax return → Earn $50 Cash**

We will also offer milestone bonuses, rewards, promotions, giveaways, and special influencer/ambassador referral codes.

### Main Features

The developer will help build:

* Customer signup/login
* User profiles
* Unique referral codes and links
* QR code referrals
* Referral tracking
* Referral status system
* Points system
* $50 cash referral rewards
* Milestone/bonus points
* Customer wallet
* Points transaction history
* Cash transaction history
* Points cash-out requests
* Rewards marketplace
* Reward redemption
* Giveaways/promotions
* Influencer/Ambassador promo codes
* Push notifications
* Admin dashboard
* Analytics/reporting

The **Admin Dashboard** must allow us to manage customers, referrals, points, cash rewards, cash-out requests, referral statuses, rewards, promo codes, influencers, and promotions.

### Preferred Skills

We are specifically looking for someone experienced with:

**Row Level Security (RLS)**
**API integrations**
**Mobile app development**
**Admin dashboards**
**iOS/Android deployment**

Experience building **referral, loyalty, rewards, affiliate, wallet, or points-based apps** is highly preferred.

### Security

Security and database structure are very important.

Users must only be able to access their own information. Customers should NOT be able to manually change their points, cash balance, referral status, or account role.

The developer should understand proper database permissions and **Supabase Row Level Security (RLS).**

### Future Opportunity

For now, Royal Rewards will only be used and tested with **Royal Financial Consulting**.

However, if the application is successful, we may expand it significantly in the future. We are looking for a developer who may be interested in staying with us long-term for updates, maintenance, new features, and future development.

### IMPORTANT

All source code, FlutterFlow projects, Supabase projects, databases, and other development accounts must remain under **our ownership and control**. The developer will be provided collaborator access as needed.
