JOB OVERVIEW

We're hiring a Flutter Mobile App Developer for a long-term, multi-project role. This isn't a single-project contract - you'll work on various mobile applications across our wholesale operations, e-commerce platforms, and internal tools. Your first major project is an RFID inventory management app, with many more exciting projects in the pipeline.
This role is perfect for developers who:

Enjoy variety and learning new things
Don't want to be stuck maintaining one app forever
Like seeing their work used across different industries
Want long-term job security with diverse challenges

Must Have:

- 3+ years Flutter development experience with real production apps
- Strong Dart programming - you write clean, efficient code
- Android development - deep understanding of Android platform
- API integration - REST APIs, JWT authentication, webhooks
- State management - Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX (your choice, explain why)
- Git/GitHub - proper version control practices
- Problem-solving - can debug complex issues independently
- English communication - good written and verbal skills
- Portfolio - published apps or GitHub repos we can review

Highly Preferred:

- Hardware integration - RFID, Bluetooth, NFC, barcode scanners, or similar
- Offline-first apps - local databases (SQLite, Hive), sync strategies
- Industrial/warehouse apps - understanding of real-world operational needs
- E-commerce experience - shopping apps, payment integration, product catalogs
- Quick learner - can pick up new SDKs and APIs fast
-Multi-project experience - comfortable switching between different projects

Nice to Have:

Firebase integration (Cloud Messaging, Analytics, Crashlytics)
iOS development experience
Experience with Chainway or similar industrial devices
Background in retail, wholesale, or inventory systems
CI/CD pipeline setup
Experience working with European/Irish companies
