JOB OVERVIEW

We are a professional U.S.-based dog training company looking for a remote Phone & Text Agent to help handle live phone calls, SMS messages, and CRM follow-ups using GoHighLevel (GHL).
This position will start part-time with the opportunity to move into full-time based on performance, reliability, and availability.
This is a phone-heavy role. Fluent spoken English is required.
Responsibilities
Answer live inbound phone calls from U.S. clients
Make outbound follow-up calls
Send and respond to SMS messages inside GoHighLevel (GHL)
Schedule consultations and appointments
Provide basic information about our dog training programs
Maintain professional, clear, and friendly communication
Requirements (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Fluent spoken English (clear, confident, near-native)
Proven experience using GoHighLevel (GHL)
Comfortable speaking with real customers on the phone
Stable high-speed internet with a backup option
Headset with clear microphone
Quiet work environment
Reliable and punctual
Work Schedule
Start: Part-time
Opportunity to grow into full-time
U.S. business hours (Pacific Time preferred)
Pay
Competitive hourly rate based on experience, English fluency, and phone performance.
Paid trial required before long-term placement.
