JOB OVERVIEW

Fluent English Healthcare Appointment Setter – Part Time – 5 Hours/Day

We are looking for a strong appointment setter who can help us generate real meetings, not just make calls.

This is a part-time remote outbound calling role focused on helping us book qualified introductory Zoo ---------- etings with healthcare-related buyers in the United States.

You will be calling into healthcare-related businesses, distributors, DME/HME companies, and other relevant accounts, identifying the right contact, and scheduling 20-minute introductory meetings for our sales team.

This is not a general VA role.
This is a phone-heavy sales role for someone who is confident, organized, professional, and comfortable speaking with U.S. business contacts.

What you’ll be doing

* Make outbound cold calls to targeted healthcare-related accounts in the United States
* Navigate gatekeepers professionally
* Identify the right buyer or decision-maker
* Schedule qualified 20-minute Zoo ---------- etings
* Send follow-up and reminder emails
* Update Zoho CRM in real time with notes, outcomes, and next steps
* Stay organized with follow-up and help keep opportunities moving

We represent a growing healthcare product line focused on care and comfort solutions, including healthcare mattresses, adjustable bases, mobility beds, and related products.

Requirements

* Excellent spoken English and strong listening skills
* Proven cold calling and appointment setting experience
* Experience calling U.S. businesses
* Experience calling healthcare, medical, HME/DME, distribution, or B2B accounts is a major plus
* Comfortable using Zoho CRM or a similar CRM
* Available 5 hours per day, 25 hours per week, during U.S. Pacific Time business hours
* Reliable internet and a quiet calling environment
* Strong follow-up habits and attention to detail

Compensation

$6.00 to $8.00 per hour, depending on experience
plus
$25.00 to $40.00 for every qualified appointment that attends the Zoo ---------- eting

We are open to paying more for someone with strong experience, fluent English, and a proven track record of booking real meetings.
