Key Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding & Communication
Communicate with new customers to gather vehicle preferences (make, model, etc.)
Confirm all customer details including delivery address and contact information
Provide clear and professional updates throughout the entire process
Order Management & Data Entry
Enter and maintain accurate customer and vehicle information in our system
Keep all deal notes organized and up to date
Ensure all information is correct before moving forward with each step
Vehicle Purchase Updates
Notify customers once a vehicle has been secured
Share vehicle details (year, make, model, condition)
Answer basic questions and maintain strong communication
Transport & Delivery Coordination
Coordinate with transporters for vehicle pickup and delivery
Track delivery progress and provide updates to customers
Inform customers of estimated delivery timelines and any delays
Confirm vehicle pickup and final delivery
???? Financial Tracking & Weekly Reports (Very Important)
Track all expenses for each deal, including:
Vehicle purchase price
Auction fees
Transportation costs
Maintain a deal tracker (Google Sheets or CRM) with accurate numbers
Send weekly updates to customers including:
Total spent so far
Current status of their vehicle
Delivery progress and next steps
