JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a Full-Time Virtual Assitant to book high-quality sales calls for assigned fitness and health coaches. This role is 100% focused on lead generation, relationship-building, and converting conversations into booked calls through social media DMs.

This position is performance-driven and requires prior experience in the fitness or health coaching niche. If you do not understand fitness, weight loss, or transformation conversations, this role is not a fit.
Key Responsibilities

Initiate and manage daily DM conversations with potential clients on social media

Engage with content (likes, comments, story replies) to generate warm leads

Respond to all comments, messages, and interactions on assigned accounts

Follow up with leads consistently to move them toward booked calls

Book quality sales calls that meet coach and company standards

Maintain daily communication with the assigned Coach

Set and hit daily outcomes (call bookings, follow-ups, outreach targets)

Update all required trackers daily:

Sales tracker

Prospecting sheet

Call booking logs

Send an end-of-day report summarizing conversations, results, and KPIs

Clock in and clock out accurately for all working hours

Attend all mandatory meetings, including:

Tea ---------- etings

Coach check-ins

Script drills and training sessions

Immediately flag any issues with:

DM objections

Lead quality

Coach expectations

Protect the security and confidentiality of all social media accounts and company data

Performance Expectations (Non-Negotiable)

Book a minimum of 3–5 sales calls per day per 100–150 outbound messages

New hires (first 2–3 weeks): 1–3 calls per day minimum

Consistent failure to update trackers, attend meetings, or follow SOPs may result in immediate termination

Sales commissions are paid only if properly tracked and recorded

Required Qualifications

Mandatory experience as an appointment setter in the fitness or health coaching niche

Strong written English communication skills

Proven ability to handle:

Objections

Price resistance

Lead nurturing conversations

Comfortable working with KPIs, scripts, and performance tracking

Highly organized, reliable, and responsive

Able to work independently while following strict systems

References (Mandatory)

Two professional references required

References must be from previous:

Fitness coaches

Online coaching companies

Sales or appointment-setting roles

Work Conditions

Full-time position

Must not perform services for another company during assigned working hours
