JOB OVERVIEW

Start: Immediately
We are an international investment group active in hospitality, real estate development, private equity, and strategic acquisitions. We are looking for a high-caliber expert who can work with us long term and handle all analytical and presentation material for our pipeline of projects across several countries.

Role & Responsibilities
1. Financial Modeling
• Build detailed, dynamic financial models (DCF, IRR, NPV, DSCR, sensitivity analysis).
• Create full development pro-formas, construction budgets, debt & equity structuring, amortization schedules.
• Model different scenarios, stress tests, waterfall distributions, and investment returns.
• Maintain and update models for ongoing projects.
2. Presentations & Pitch Decks
• Design clean, modern, investor-ready pitch decks.
• Convert complex financial data into clear, visual, structured presentations.
• Produce board presentations, project summaries, deal memos, and executive briefs.
3. Project Teasers & Marketing Documents
• Create concise, visually appealing project teasers for investors, banks, and partners.
• Draft one-pagers, transaction highlights, key project metrics, and market overviews.

Ideal Candidate
• 5+ years of experience in financial modeling, investment banking, private equity, or real estate development.
• Strong command of Excel (advanced formulas, macros welcome).
• Proficiency in PowerPoint / Google Slides and ability to design professional presentations.
• Understanding of project finance, construction economics, hospitality valuation, or M&A is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English (French is a plus).
• Reliable, creative, detail-oriented, and able to deliver under tight deadlines.
• Looking for a stable, long-term collaboration.
