We are expanding our team and seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support our acquisitions and asset management efforts. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in U.S. real estate investment while working remotely from the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Modeling & Underwriting
-Build and maintain Excel-based pro forma models for multifamily acquisitions.
-Analyze rent rolls, operating statements, and expense histories to assess property performance.
-Run scenario analyses and stress tests to support investment decisions.
Market Research
-Conduct demographic, economic, and rental market analysis for target U.S. markets.
-Track key real estate metrics such as vacancy rates, rent trends, and comparable sales.
Due Diligence Support
-Assist in reviewing property-level data, lease audits, and historical operating statements.
-Prepare summary reports for internal team and investment partners.
Reporting & Presentations
-Create charts, tables, and summaries for investment memos and presentations.
-Maintain internal databases of property and market data.
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
-Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IF statements; knowledge of advanced formulas preferred).
-Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail.
-Good written and spoken English; comfortable communicating with a U.S.-based team.
-Self-motivated, reliable, and able to meet deadlines without constant supervision.
-Prior experience in real estate or financial analysis is a plus, but not required – we will train the right candidate.
Preferred Skills (Not Required, But Nice to Have)
-Experience with Argus, CoStar, or other real estate analysis tools.
-Familiarity with U.S. multifamily real estate terminology.
-Data visualization skills (PowerPoint, Canva, or Tableau).
Work Schedule
-Full-time, 40 hours/week.
-Must be available during overlapping hours with U.S. Central Time (at least 4 hours per day overlap).
