We are seeking an experienced Finance and Revenue Management Officer to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Revex Reporting
Manage monthly Revex reporting.
Send reports and process payments promptly.
Reconciliation
Perform weekly reconciliations using Xero for multiple entities:
True Wealth Financial Group (TWFG)
True Wealth (TW)
My Advice Hub (MAH)
Australian Capital Raising
Australian Development Solutions (AusDev)
Maintain and adhere to a strict schedule for accuracy and timeliness.
Payroll Management
Complete payroll every Friday without fail, ensuring:
Data cleaning for accuracy.
Processing contractor invoices.
Accounting for sick days or leave.
Cross-checking and validating data in Xero.
Staff Commissions
Use Revex data as the primary source for commission calculations.
Cross-reference with the internal commission tracker.
Key tasks:
4th of each month: Start commission calculations after receiving IOOF payments.
10th of each month: Finalize and pay commissions, accounting for variations.
Profit and Loss Reporting
Generate weekly profit and loss reports covering:
Weekly expenses.
Projected new business value.
Team performance with underperformance insights.
Forecasted revenue for the next month.
Internal Commission Tracker
Fully implement and maintain the commission tracker as the single source of truth.
Ensure all new deals are reported via WorkChat with standardized templates.
Side Project: Buyer Analysis
Analyze Revex data to prepare reports for potential buyers, including:
Number of active clients with $100k or less in funds under management.
Total/average fees, demographic trends, retention trends, and service trends.
Provide insights on growth potential and optimization opportunities.
Recommendations for Buyer Report
Prepare concise reports with actionable insights for buyers.
Highlight opportunities for improvement or strategic recommendations for optimizing the client base.
Requirements:
Xero Experience: Required.
Revex Experience: Preferred but not required (training provided).
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple reporting schedules.
Analytical skills to assess client data and provide actionable recommendations.
