JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations & Finance Virtual Assistant to oversee the daily financial and operational activities of our expanding company. This remote position is perfect for someone who excels in accuracy, enjoys managing financial workflows, and plays a key role in ensuring smooth internal operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational abilities, the capacity to work independently, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
-Accurately log and categorize invoices and expenses in our internal systems.
-Prepare and send payment requests to clients promptly.
-Assist with the processing of monthly salaries, including reconciliation across various platforms.
-Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely follow-up for collections.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
-Provide support for various internal operational tasks as needed.

Required Skills:
-Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies in financial records.
-Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently manage recurring tasks.
-Proficiency in Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and other online tools.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
-Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.

Preferred Skills:
-Experience with invoicing, bookkeeping, or other finance-related tasks.
-Familiarity with platforms such as PayPal, Payoneer, or Wise.
-Knowledge of operational processes in a fast-paced company.
